Keaton Banik

Research Assistant

Keaton is currently a masters student in the department of computer science at Western University. His work expertise focuses on the use of multimodal data sources to fuel machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions for health problems. Born in Calgary, Keaton completed his First Class Honors degree in the Bachelor of Health Sciences program in Bioinformatics. He then worked for the Arnie Charbonneau Cancer Institute as a Research Assistant for Oncology Outcomes and the Cancer Screening, Detection and Risk Reduction program (CanDoR). With Depth lab, he is contributing to both the development of our digital health platforms and to research initiatives with the team. He enjoys playing basketball, weight training and videogames.
